This example was built by long time Old Rhinebeck friend and volunteer Ed Hammerle in the early 1990's to compliment Cole Palen's original 1931 Great Lakes N304Y, Ed even managed to get a similar number, NX306Y, and finished it in the same paint scheme with transposed colors. It is privately owned and operated by Aerodrome Pilots Tom Daly and Jim Record in our weekend shows at the Aerodrome.
